Based on Data from medical 3D scanners (ie., CT,MRI, Rotational Angiography), we
extracted the isosurface of hollow organs (ie., blood vessels, ventricular system
of the brain, colon, heart, etc.). With stereoscopic rendering, we generated
the two, slightly transformed views through the organ, providing a true
stereoscopic view, with improved depth perception. The stereoscopic effect
of the images on this web page can seen through red/blue glasses (red left eye,
blue right eye). While red/blue stereoscopic rendering only provides two
color channels, stereoscopic rendering using CrystalEyes shutter glasses
provides full color. These animations however, can not be seen through
the Internet.
